An especially adapted musical, theatrical performance designed for walkabout and bedside delivery in hospitals and care settings.
“A delightful, accessible show to have on the wards of a hospital. It works with patients of all ages and backgrounds” - ArtCare, Salisbury District Hospital.
Performances can range from 10 - 35 mins and can be performed multiple times throughout the day. The show is accessible to all including staff and patients of all ages. Adaptations are made to consider the access needs of individual patients, are non intrusive and are designed not to interrupt the hospital day but rather to mindfully bring music and story gently onto the wards.
Performances are delivered by Anna and Iona who, combined, have a wealth of experience working in hospitals, hospices and end of life care settings. Their experience includes performing and facilitating extensively for audiences with the most barriers to access, those who identify as deaf or disabled and/or those labelled with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD).
